Free shipping worldwide, your home deserves a Moroccan rug
Toubkal Rugs is a brand in its early days. We have not yet registered it as a formal company, but we handle every order with trust and on our word. These terms are simple, because the way we work is simple.
Our rugs are woven by hand, one by one, in the Atlas Mountains. No two rugs are alike. Sizes and colours may vary slightly between the photos and the actual rug, because each piece is one of a kind in the world.
All the prices you see on the site are in Moroccan dirham, and include value added tax where it applies. Prices may change at any time, but once we have confirmed the order on WhatsApp, the price we agreed on is the one you will pay.
There is no card payment. When you fill out the form, we will call you on WhatsApp before we ship the rug to confirm the address, the size, and the price with you. In Morocco, payment is on delivery when the rug arrives at your home, and outside Morocco we arrange payment with you on WhatsApp.
Shipping is free worldwide. In Morocco an order usually arrives within two to four days depending on your city, and outside Morocco it takes roughly one to two weeks. If you are in a remote place or in the countryside, it may take a little longer, and we will tell you exactly when it will arrive.
If you are in Morocco and the rug does not please you, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to return it free of charge for a full refund. Just call us on WhatsApp and we will arrange everything, and we do not even ask you for a reason. For international orders we are not able to offer returns yet, but we gladly arrange exchanges, and damaged or incorrect items are always made right. See our Return Policy for the full details.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If there is any dispute, we try to find a solution between us before anything else, because we prefer dialogue over the courts.
