Toubkal Rugs is a brand in its early days. We have not yet registered it as a formal company, but we work transparently and respect all of your data exactly as a formal company would.
This page explains in plain terms what information we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.
When you fill out the form to order a rug, we collect only two things: your name and your phone number. That alone — no email, no address, no bank card details, because there is no card payment.
We need your name and phone number to call you on WhatsApp, confirm the order, and agree with you on the delivery address. That is all. We do not use your number for ads or for messages you did not ask for.
No one at all. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with any advertising company, and we do not put it in outside databases. It stays with us, and we use it only to get the rug to you.
At any time you have the right to ask us to delete your information from our records. Send us a message at contact@toubkalrugs.com and we will erase everything within 7 days.
