Free shipping worldwide, your home deserves a Moroccan rug
Every rug we sell is woven by hand in the Atlas Mountains, and each one is one of a kind. We confirm the size, colours, and price with you on WhatsApp before your order ships, so there are no surprises. Here is exactly how returns and exchanges work.
If you are in Morocco, you have 24 hours from the moment of delivery to return your rug, free of charge, for a full refund. Just call us on WhatsApp and we will arrange everything with you. We do not even ask you for a reason.
We are a young brand still building our delivery network beyond Morocco, so for now we are not able to offer returns on international orders. We hope to change this soon. In the meantime, if a rug is not quite right for you, we will gladly help with an exchange, and damaged or incorrect items are always made right.
Wherever you are, we accept exchanges. If the rug is not right for your space, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it for another piece. The rug must be unused and in its original condition.
If your rug arrives damaged, or you received a different rug from the one you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos. We will arrange a replacement or a suitable exchange at no extra cost to you, anywhere in the world.
Just reach out to us by email or on WhatsApp with your name, your phone number, and a note about your order. We read every message and reply within two days, often the same day, and we will arrange everything with you.
